Let's make the gimbap!


Instead of partying away on a saturday night and getting even more sick than I already was; Seung-mi and I decided to stay in and make gimbap. It was my first time!!! We made a variety of rolls that included tuna, apples, pickled radish, korean cucumber, avocado (my choice) vegetable patties, crab and, of course, dried seaweed and rice (gim and bap). Our first few rolls we not pretty but once the knife was sharpened and we understood the amount of products that could fit in, haha, they came out great!
